By downloading, installing, or using TR Translator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.通过下载、安装或使用 TR Translator（"本应用"），您同意受本用户协议的约束。如果您不同意，请停止使用本应用。Загружая, устанавливая или используя TR Translator, вы соглашаетесь с настоящими Условиями. TR Translator is a multilingual chat translation application that provides real-time translation services for WhatsApp and in-app messaging, supporting 1-on-1 and group chat translation across multiple languages.TR Translator 是一款多语言聊天翻译应用，为 WhatsApp 和应用内消息提供实时翻译服务，支持一对一和群聊的多语言翻译。TR Translator — приложение для многоязычного перевода чатов в реальном времени для WhatsApp и встроенных сообщений.

3. Subscriptions and Payments3. 订阅与付款3. Подписки и платежи

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:本应用提供自动续期订阅计划：Приложение предлагает подписки с автоматическим продлением:

Basic — Monthly ($0.99) / Yearly ($9.49)基础版 — 月付 $0.99 / 年付 $9.49Базовый — $0.99/мес / $9.49/год
Pro — Monthly ($3.99) / Yearly ($38.29)专业版 — 月付 $3.99 / 年付 $38.29Про — $3.99/мес / $38.29/год

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.付款将在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 账户中扣除。除非在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动续订。您可以在设备"设置 > Apple ID > 订阅"中管理和取消订阅。Оплата списывается с учётной записи Apple ID при подтверждении покупки. The App offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required. Upgrading unlocks additional translation channels, groups, and extended message history.本应用提供功能受限的免费版，无需付款。升级可解锁更多翻译通道、群组和消息历史。Приложение предлагает бесплатный тариф с ограниченными функциями. Оплата не требуется.

6. Translation Accuracy6. 翻译准确性6. Точность перевода

Translations are provided by AI engines. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free translations. The App should not replace professional translation in critical contexts.翻译由 AI 引擎提供。我们力求准确但不保证完全无误。在关键场景中不应替代专业翻译。Переводы выполняются ИИ-системами. Мы стремимся к точности, но не гарантируем отсутствие ошибок.

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.您对本应用的使用受我们的隐私政策约束。Использование Приложения регулируется Политикой конфиденциальности.

8. Limitation of Liability8. 责任限制8. Ограничение ответственности

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TR Translator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.在法律允许的最大范围内，TR Translator 不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接损害承担责任。В максимальной степени, допускаемой законом, TR Translator не несёт ответственности за косвенные убытки.

We may suspend or terminate your access for conduct violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the App's settings.违反本协议的行为可能导致访问被暂停或终止。您可随时在应用设置中删除账户。Мы можем приостановить доступ за нарушение Условий. Вы можете удалить учётную запись в настройках.
